PremierSource is a boutique apparel development and production house, offering highest quality products with low minimum order quantities. We work with a number of manufacturing facilities in Los Angeles and overseas and work and work closely with our clients from design concept, through production, and finishing to deliver quality products on time. We will work with you to make your patterns, samples, fittings, and ultimately deliver quality production for your clothing brand to go out to market and sell.

Our goal is to bring back ethical and sustainable manufacturing to Los Angeles and help nurture the industry. We work with production facilities that are CFDA certified, pay fair wages, recycle, and provide healthy working environment for their operators. As every client's needs differ we take on projects on case by case basis and provide a number of services according to your needs including tech packs, patterns, sew by samples, fabric sourcing, full package production, private label, and more.

Lusine is the founder of PREMiERSOURCE, a full-service fashion design, development, and production consultancy servicing emerging brands and high end designers through quality craftsmanship. As a seasoned industry leader with over 13 years of experience in apparel product development, sourcing, and production, Lusine brings a strong technical and working knowledge of product construction, manufacturing, material development, quality control, and compliance.
PREMiERSOURCE excels at managing a diverse supplier matrix, negotiating and managing strategic relationships with vendors, mills, sample houses, and factories. We help guide brands through the fragmented production process and avoid the struggles designers and brands face while developing their collections.
Lusine oversees the entire process, from concept to delivery and works with design team to create the collection from an idea, guiding, educating on fabrics, trims, sustainability, and ethical manufacturing practices. With a network of factories, pattern makers, technical designers, we are ready to service all your production needs. Whether it’s specialty textiles, pleating, tailoring, embroidery or custom wash techniques, we will find exactly what you’re looking for and navigate you through the development and production process.
